Trace Route - With OUT NS Lookup
Perform a Tracert from the server to your machine. This can be used to determine which machines between your machine and the server are causing you to lag. This page may take a minute or 2 to display, as it will not display until the TraceRt is complete (but it will be quicker than the TraceRt with NS Lookup)..

This page may take up to 3 or 4 minutes to display, as it will not display until the TraceRt is complete and the NS Lookup can delay the completion of the TraceRt.
This will caclulate the time a file takes to download on different speeds of internet connections.

It has been literally years since I have done any Mac programming and the OS's on my Macs are so far out of date, even if I did port these programs to them - the programs would probably not work on the newer Mac OS.
